RGV Border Patrol Agents Arrest Two Criminal Aliens

PENITAS, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents arrest two criminal aliens over the weekend. 

Friday morning, McAllen Border Patrol Station (MCS) agents Border Patrol Station agents, apprehended a group of eight subjects near Penitas, Texas.  Record checks revealed one subject, later identified as Pedro Coronado Jr., has an extensive criminal record to include an arrest by the Aransas Pass Police Department for indecency with a child sexual contact a 2nd degree felony.  The subject was sentenced to 10 years of probation.

Yesterday, MCS agents working near Penitas, apprehended several subjects after they illegally entered the United States. The group was transported to the station where records checks revealed that one subject, a Salvadoran national was previously arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement for racketeering conspiracy.  The subject was sentenced to 121 months incarceration.

Both subjects were processed accordingly.
