HIDALGO, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents continue to face overwhelming numbers of illegal aliens entering through the Rio Grande Valley.
Last night, Weslaco agents encountered a large group of illegal aliens near the Hidalgo Port of Entry. The group totaled 136 individuals primarily composed of family units and unaccompanied children from the countries of Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Cuba.
All subjects will be processed accordingly.
