SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The North American Development Bank (NADBank) has completed pricing of a CHF 125 million (US$155 million equivalent) bond issuance, managed by Deutsche Bank. The debt settlement is scheduled for September 29, 2026. The bond will mature on September 29, 2034 and pay a coupon rate of 1.125%.

This bond marks the successful return of NADBank in the Swiss bond market. NADBank’s strong credit quality, market conditions, and an increase in investor base due to NADBank securities being repo eligible and used as collateral, all contributed to the tightened coupon rate. The bond proceeds will be swapped into Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars to fund infrastructure projects both in Mexico and the U.S.

Recently, Moody’s Investors Service and Fitch Ratings affirmed the NADBank’s credit ratings of “Aa1/Prime-1” and “AA/F1,” respectively, both with a stable outlook.
