ALPINE, Texas – Hall and Hall is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Y Bar O Ranch, one of the most significant and storied landholdings in the Texas Big Bend region. “We are extremely proud and thankful to have had the opportunity to represent the Y Bar O Ranch,” said Hall and Hall Partner Chad Dugger. “It’s rare to see a ranch of this caliber hit the market, and it’s exactly what today’s investors are seeking. While we’re thrilled to have exceeded our goals, it’s bittersweet to see the process end. This is one of those special places you just don’t want to leave, and I feel lucky to have been a part of its story. I’m glad to know it’s heading into such great hands.”

Located just 17 miles south of Alpine along scenic Highway 118, the ranch is renowned for its diverse topography. With elevations ranging from 4,050 to over 5,000 feet, it offers 360-degree views of Elephant Mountain, Cathedral Mountain, and Mount Ord. The sale was a true turn-key offering, featuring:
