EDINBURG, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley continue to encounter criminal aliens.
Thursday morning, McAllen agents arrested a Nicaraguan national. During processing, record checks revealed he was a confirmed Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) Gang Member.
This morning, McAllen agents arrested a Mexican national. Record checks revealed he had a previous conviction for sexual assault, receiving a three-year prison sentence.
