McALLEN, Texas — Sept. 3, 2026 – McAllen Police Officers are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with two vehicle burglary investigations.

On August 24, 2026, McAllen Police Officers investigated reports from a parking area in the 200 block of Expressway 83 in McAllen, Texas. Two separate vehicle burglaries were reported, and both victims stated that personal property was stolen from their vehicles.

Investigators with the McAllen Police Department identified the suspect in these cases as Jesus Manuel Treviño. A magistrate in McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause was established to issue warrants of arrest for Trevino on two counts of Burglary of a Vehicle, a State Jail Felony.

Trevino is described as 43 years old, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in Pharr, Texas. Trevino also has distinct face and neck tattoos.
