Roy Balli to speak on Gun Safety and Concealed Gun Law in Texas at the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas

The Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT)– RGV Chapter will be hosting their monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 18th  at Casa de Palmas Renaissance located at 100 N. Main St. in McAllen from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  This  month’s keynote speaker will be Mr. Roy Balli who will speak on Gun Safety and the Concealed Gun Law in Texas.  The HWNT is a nonprofit statewide organization established in 1986.  HWNT’s purpose is to seek to promote the advancement of women in public, corporate and civic life through education, personal and professional development.  HWNT and its 11 Chapter’s state wide unite to celebrate the positive image and values of its’ Hispanic heritage and empowering women across the great State of Texas once a year as well.  Luncheon fees are $20 for members and $25 for non-members.  Annual membership fees is $50.

The RGV Chapter has members with a variety of backgrounds.  All though have one mission in mind….To empower themselves and to promote the women members.  Every month they get provided valuable information that may assist them in their daily or professional lives.  This month’s speaker, Mr. Balli will inform the women on how to handle a gun safely and what it takes to get a certificate for a concealed gun law in Texas.  Mr. Balli is Valley Native Born and Raised and a DPS Certified License to Carry Instructor, Proficient in the safe use, storage, and handling of firearms, a DPS Certified and Qualified as a Firearms Instructor, DPS Certified and Qualified on Semi-Auto and Non-Semi Auto Handguns, NRA Certified Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, and Home Safely Instructor.

Sakulenzki.  “In addition it’s a great opportunity to meet other women and network during the event.  There is always someone new whose services you can use and at the same time, support other women in business.” Sakulenzki added.
