As part of the continued activities by the City of McAllen to celebrate Women’s History Month, the City of McAllen hosted its 7th Annual Trailblazers Breakfast Symposium on International Women’s Day for their female employees that featured female trailblazers in McAllen who were part of the presentation. This year’s trailblazers were Sally Frausto Guerra, a realtor, business owner and community organization activist and Carmen Pagan, a bilingual speech-language pathologist and business owner.
