McALLEN, Texas — The Board of Directors of McAllen Pregnancy Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Connie W. Coleman as the organization’s permanent Chief Executive Officer.
Coleman, a nationally recognized nonprofit consultant, speaker, and prolife advocate, has served in an interim executive leadership role with the Center since August 2025. During that time, she has guided the organization through a season of operational strengthening, strategic planning, donor development, and expanded ministry outreach throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
Following months of evaluation and collaboration, the Board voted unanimously to confirm Coleman as permanent CEO. “The Center is blessed to welcome a leader with Connie’s depth of experience, vision, and energy, ” said Justice Ysmael Fonseca, President of the Board of Directors. “We are excited to partner with a visionary leader who will guide the Center into a new season of growth an expanded outreach in service to the most vulnerable members of our community. “
