McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in an Assault investigation. McAllen Police Officers report the victim, a 31 year-old female, was physically assaulted and injured in the area of the 1300 block of East Daffodil Avenue, in McAllen, Texas, on May 7, 2026. Investigators determined the victim sustained facial injuries and wasplaced in handcuffs during the assault. McAllen Police Investigators identified Roberto Joshua Treviño as a suspect in this case investigation. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause is established to issue warrants of arrest for Roberto Joshua Treviño for Assault, a Class “A” Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Restraint, a Class “A” Misdemeanor.
Roberto Joshua Treviño is described as 34 years of age, approximately 5’ 11” in height, approximately 180 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and has a last known address is in Donna, Texas.
