McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating suspects in an Aggravated Robbery investigation.The victim in this case was attempting to recover lost or stolen items at an apartment building on the 2500 block of North McColl Road, in McAllen, Texas, on May 4, 2026. Two men pointed a handgun at the victim and took the victim’s personal property.The follow-on investigation identified Luis Armando Jasso and Andoni Garcia as suspects in this case investigation. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause is established to issue warrants of arrest for LuisArmando Jasso and Andoni Garcia for Aggravated Robbery, a First Degree Felony.
Luis Armando Jasso is described as 27 years of age, approximately 5’ 10” in height, approximately 195 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and has a last known address is in Pharr, Texas.
Andoni Garcia is described as 30 years of age, approximately 5’ 04” in height, approximately 130 pounds, black hair,brown eyes, and has a last known address is in McAllen, Texas.
