Pharr, Texas – The Texas Department of Transportation announces that on Interstate 69E (US 77) the southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane from Business 77 to 0.93 miles just south of the Willacy/Kenedy County line. Foremost Paving, a TxDOT contractor, will be constructing the main lanes in accordance to federal interstate standards. The closure will be from today until April 2019 (12 months).
