Nature of Call For Service (CFS):  Assault

CFS Date/Time:  12-04-2019 / 5:55 pm

CFS Location:  1500 Block S. 9th Street, McAllen, Texas

McAllen Police Officers were dispatched to the above described CFS.  Upon arrival, Officers made contact with a person identified as the female victim in this incident.  The victim reported having agreed to meet the suspect at CFS location for masseuse services.  The victim reported that she was coerced into sexual conduct, that $220 dollar in U.S. currency was stolen from her and that the suspect had identified himself as a law enforcement officer and threatened to place her under arrest. The victim described the suspect’s vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect and the suspect vehicle still parked at the location. 

The suspect was identified as Victor Francisco Moctezuma, 25 years of age.  The suspect identified himself as an off-duty Deputy of the Cameron County Sheriff’s Department. 

The suspect was arrested charged with Theft – Class “B” Misdemeanor and Official Oppression – Class “A” Misdemeanor. 

Other charges are pending further investigation.
