Tuesday, November 26, 2013 — Join the Valley Symphony Orchestra for an afternoon of Latin-inspired music from Argentina and Brazil in Chamber Concert I – Music of Americas to be held in the Central Gallery at the International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) located on 1900 W. Nolana Ave, McAllen on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 4:00PM.  Doors open at 3:30PM.

Enjoy a thrilling afternoon of chamber music featuring cellist Daniel Saenz, coloratura soprano Yuri Maria Saenz, and pianist Brendan Kinsella.  From the melodious sounds of Leonard Bernstein to lively swing jazz to haunting Mexican and Brazilian art songs.   This eclectic and enjoyable tribute to American and Latin American music is not to be missed!
