MISSION, Texas – Several illegal aliens encountered a treacherous obstacle that nearly cost two individuals their lives.
Thursday evening, McAllen agents working near Mission, Texas received information of a group of suspected illegal aliens travelling north of the Rio Grande. As agents searched the area, they observed several people attempting to swim across a water filled canal.
