McAllen, TX – McAllen-based development firm Acre Construction is proud to announce, “Premier Plaza Retail Center”, a high-end shopping location to begin construction in July of 2017. The center will be located at Expressway 83 frontage, west of McColl Road. This is a highly-coveted area by many restaurants and retailers due to its prime location, high traffic volume (130,000+ VPD) and excellent visibility.

The development will be built in two phases: Phase 1 will be comprised of 25,000 square feet and is scheduled to break ground in July with a projected completion of late 2017. Phase 2 will be 21,000 square feet with a projected completion of early 2018.
