AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Dolores Saenz-Davila to the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners for terms set to expire on February 1, 2025.
Dolores Saenz-Davila of McAllen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor and the owner of Saenz Therapeutic Care, PLLC. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, National Organization of Forensic Social Work, and the National Alliance for Mental Illness. In addition, she previously served as a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Saenz-Davila received a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Postgraduate Fellowship in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the Yale University School of Medicine, Child Study Center.
