Congressman Henry Cuellar presented Arturo Elizondo, CEO of Clara Foods, with a Congressional Certificate of Recognition in honor of him being awarded the Key to the City of Laredo. Arturo used to intern for Congressman Cuellar and now he is an entrepreneur who is changing the way we get our food. Congressman Cuellar congratulated him and encouraged him to continue making Laredo proud.
