EL PASO, TX  – On August 27, 2020, the Downtown Management District (DMD) Board of Directors voted to appoint Marianne Rosas-Ayub as a Board Member, filling an unexpired term.Â
Marianne Rosas-Ayub, is the Corporate Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Esperanto Developments. Esperanto Developments owns the Hotel Indigo, (325 N. Kansas St.), located in Downtown El Paso. Rosas-Ayub, is a Santa Teresa graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources. Rosas-Ayub, currently serves on the Border Committee for the City of El Paso. Prior community service includes the Education Committee Chair for the El Paso Hotel Lodging Association, League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), and the Greater El Paso Convention and Tourism Advisory Board conducted by Destination El Paso.
