Mission, Texas – Councilman Jose Alberto “Beto” Vela announces his intent to run to continue serving the citizens of Mission, Texas as City of Mission Councilman, Place 4. Vela filed the necessary paperwork and application at Mission City Hall on Friday, January 24, 2020.

“It has been an honor to represent my hometown community in this capacity, and I feel that I have much more to contribute to the growth, progress, and development of Mission,” said Vela. “Though I have served as Councilman for less than a year, being a public servant is a responsibility that I have taken very seriously,” Vela continued.
