On Saturday November 23, 2013 the City of Hidalgo Assistance City Manager Kay Wolf, Lieutenants J. Ortega, C. Vargas and Chief R. Espinoza met with German Madrazo owner of Valley Running, STC faculty staff Angelica P. Cerda, Steve Schieflelbein, Roy Escaname, to plan the STC 5K Run which will take place on December 1st. This event will kick off the 2013 Hidalgo Festival of Lights.
