Police Seek to Identify Suspect in Robbery

On Monday September 30, 2019 at approximately 12:04 p.m. McAllen Police Officers responded to an alarm at the Plains Capital Bank located at the 7200 Block of N. 10th Street McAllen, Texas. Upon arrival a bank teller/employee confirmed to McAllen Police Officers it was a true alarm. The male suspect entered the bank and handed a note to the teller and demanded money. The suspect stole money and fled in a gray passenger vehicle. The amount of money stolen remains undisclosed. (The following vehicle images are similar to the suspect’s vehicle.)

McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect and locating the vehicle used in the robbery.

The suspect’s description / wearing:

  • male;
  • black t-shirt with white lettering;
  • full beard;
  • black baseball cap
  • tattooed writing on right bicep/arm;
  • unknown tattoo on left arm;
  • seen leaving scene in a gray passenger vehicle;
