nCourage is a job shadow program providing high school students in Weslaco with an opportunity to observe and interact at a local business. The real-world experience motivates students to a professional environment, offering a more focused approach to college choice or trade profession and curriculum. Your business can be part of strengthening and equipping our future workforce!
