All business no matter what size is very demanding of your time, ideas and strategies. The demand grows minute by minute on a daily basis.
In today’s world, if you are a small or medium-size business, probably don’t have the money to have a full-time Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with an international business degree. Well, today you can hire Javier Martinez, MBA, the owner of AUCTUSBA, a local Business Advisory company which ultimate goal is to help your business grow.
Martinez is a strategist and operations professional for business owners. Texas Border Business asked Martinez for the meaning of AUCTUSBA? And he said, “AUCTUSBA means growth in Latin. So that’s one of the things that I like to do for companies. Become part of their team and help them to grow their business.”
Martinez’ academic and work background is in Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development. “At one point in my career, I worked for Pan American University with the Small Business Development Center. After that, I joined a major manufacturing company until recently.”
He continued, “After seven years of working in this international company, I decided to venture on my own and do what I love the most, which is to help companies grow and obtain the resources they need for the business,” he told Texas Border Business.
Martinez is a veteran in this field, having worked with the Small Business Development Center and later with a textile company doing business in the Valley and South America, has given him experience and exposure in business.
He said that he could analyze your company, find the needs and weaknesses, and prepare a plan to present a lender. “But my passion is helping them with hands-on into their operations. Help them with management, analyzing their financial results, helping them to improve maybe better their costing and be more profitable,” he said.
Martinez has positioned himself to be able to work with multiple small companies and assist them with strategic planning financing and management. “There are a lot of companies that need a lot of help,” he said.
Financing is a palatable offer for businesses people, will you be able to help them get financing? “Not only that but first of all understand if they need financing to grow or if it’s more of an operation or management skill that they need for their business. Mainly to look into the whole business and operations to make better decisions for them.”
Martinez is based in McAllen and operates his business consulting firm from the EBC professional building on McColl. “I am almost next door to the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; I can be reached at 956-410-3610.”
The services being provided are Business Development Strategy, Business and Market Plan, Market Intelligence, Financing and Operations, and Customer Management.
He pointed out that he is just starting and excited to talk to you, the business community of the Valley.
“I’m eager to help many companies as I have done in the past, and provide them with the success that they need for their companies to grow.”
