McAllen, Texas – IBC Bank-McAllen is proud to announce the appointment of Vice President Mark Magnon to the board of directors for the Texas Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs. Magnon currently serves as the vice president of commercial lending at IBC Bank-McAllen.

“IBC Bank and Texas Alliance are both dedicated to our communities and the people in them,” said Magnon. “I am thrilled to join the Texas Alliance board and look forward to helping our youth realize their full potential.”

In 1999, the Texas Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs was established to enable Boys & Girls Club organizations in the state to effectively and efficiently work with public and private partners to address the state’s most pressing youth issues. The Texas Alliance’s mission is to provide Boys & Girls Clubs across Texas with the necessary resources to support their programs. Boys & Girls Clubs focus on programs that help youth build character, leadership skills and gain access to educational opportunities and career readiness.
