In the fight against fentanyl, Texas law enforcement has seized over 429 million lethal doses of fentanyl during this border mission.

CBP seized the narcotics. Homeland Security Investigations special agents are investigating the seizure.

During the meeting, Governor Abbott and President Novák highlighted shared interests in growing the advanced manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace industries in Texas and Hungary.

“Stopping the flow of drugs from entering the U.S. and weapons and ammunition from leaving are two important parts of CBP’s overall enforcement mission,” said CBP Ysleta Port Director Arnoldo Gomez

A total of eight individuals were safely removed from the concealed compartments and were taken in for processing.

These laws are aimed to protect the welfare of animals in the community as illegal breeding and selling can contribute to not only pet overpopulation, but also animal cruelty and neglect.
