I am filled with pride and gratitude as I reflect on the incredible success of the 2025 Parade of Homes™. This year’s event was not just a showcase of beautiful homes— it was a testament to the resilience, creativity, and professionalism of our builders, sponsors, and associate members. Despite facing a series of unpredictable weather challenges— from high winds and heavy rains to hail — our builders delivered 27 stunning homes across Hidalgo County. From Weslaco to McAllen and Mission to Edinburg, the Parade featured a diverse range of price points and styles, including three homes valued over $1 million. That’s a remarkable achievement for the Rio Grande Valley!

The Parade of Homes™ is more than a tour— it’s a celebration of our industry’s ability to build not only houses but thriving communities. Our members are visionaries who design, and construct homes filled with warmth, security, and opportunity. This year, we welcomed over 5,600 unique website visitors and 790 app users and reached more than 183,000 people on Facebook alone. The buzz was real— and so was the impact. Our members were able to meet with potential homeowners and answer questions on the spot. No other homebuying event even comes close to bringing homebuyers right to their doorstep. If you missed the Parade this year, there’s still an opportunity to check out the builder entries & official Parade Guidebook, go to www.RGVBA.org/parade
None of this would have been possible without our dedicated Parade Committee: Esther Guerra (TNB Mortgage), Martha Smith (Matt’s Building Materials), Robert Cordova (Union Home Mortgage), and Pamela Zamora (Valley Land Title Co.). Your time and talent made this event shine!

To our sponsors—thank you. Your support elevated this Parade to new heights. Our 10 Gold Hammer Sponsors, including McCoy’s Building Supply, TNB Mortgage, MVEC – Magic Valley Electric Cooperative, Materiales El Valle, The Winner’s Circle Real Estate, IBC Bank, Builders FirstSource, Bank of South Texas, Generator Supercenter, and Matt’s Building Materials, our Silver and Bronze sponsors, and our giveaway partners played a vital role to help create an unforgettable experience for attendees.
And now, to our builders— the heart of this event.
