McALLEN – The railroad crossing at SH 336 (10^th Street) and US Business Highway 83 in McAllen will close from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, for safety upgrades.

Drivers headed northbound on SH 336 (10^th Street) can take a right on US Business Highway 83 and utilize FM 2061 (McColl Rd.) and then take a left on SH 495 (Pecan Blvd.) to merge onto SH 336 (10^th Street).

Southbound traffic can take a right on SH 495 (Pecan Blvd.) and utilize FM 1926 (23rd St.) and then take a left at US Business Highway 83 to merge back onto SH 336 (10^th Street).
