SAN JUAN, Texas – Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD will host its 19th Annual Countdown to Zero Dropout Recovery Walk over two consecutive Saturdays—September 12 and 19, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the PSJA Early College High School cafeteria.
The annual initiative brings together PSJA ISD staff, families, and community volunteers for a door-to-door outreach effort focused on reconnecting with students who have not yet returned to school.
Volunteers will visit students and families to offer encouragement, identify barriers to returning to school, and connect them with resources and support to help students get back on track and complete their high school education.
PSJA ISD invites staff members, families, and community partners to participate in this collaborative effort to help students return to school and move closer to graduation.
