Laredo, Texas – The City of Laredo and Council Member for District 4, Alberto Torres, Jr., will be hosting the ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony of the Estela Quintanilla Crime Prevention Center at 320 E. Ryan St, corner with Springfield, to take place on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
