HIDALGO, Texas—U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the Hidalgo International Bridge apprehended Christopher Shane Anangos, a male United States citizen from Alabama who had an arrest warrant for homicide (vehicular manslaughter).
