McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Agusta Rodriguez.
McAllen Officers investigate a report made on April 14, 2026 by an adult female victim, alleging she was alarmed by an act of exposure in a parking area of a business on the 5700 block of North 23rd Street, in McAllen, Texas. A second adult female victim reports similar activity on April 21, 2026, from a parking area of a business on the 4400 Block of North 23rd Street, inMcAllen, Texas. The reports indicate an adult male exposed himself while seated in his vehicle in the parking lot of each business. McAllen Investigators identify the suspect as Carlos Agusta Rodriguez in these cases. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause is established to issue a warrants of arrest for Carlos Agusta Rodriguez on two counts of Indecent Exposure, each a Class “B” Misdemeanor.
Carlos Agusta Rodriguez is 37 years of age, approximately 5’09” in height, approximately 170 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. Carlos Agusta Rodriguez has a last known address in McAllen, Texas.
