Summer is around the corner and with it arrives MXLAN Festival by Shah Eye Center, presented by the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. MXLAN will take place at the McAllen Convention Center from July 24 to 28th, 2019. MXLAN is an Interactive Arts and Culture Festival that celebrates Mexico’s cultural influence in our communities.
