MISSION / McALLEN, Texas — Nighttime milling and paving operations have begun on FM 1924 (3 Mile Road/Buddy Owens Boulevard) and will continue through the end of the year between FM 494 (Shary Road) and FM 1926 (23rd Street) in Mission and McAllen.
Drivers will encounter eastbound and westbound lane closures within the project limits while crews are working, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
All work is weather permitting.
