EDINBURG, Texas – The City of Edinburg and the Department of Veterans Affairs are inviting all local veterans to the Edinburg Arts, Culture, and Events Center on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM for a free afternoon dedicated entirely to veteran well-being.
Rather than focusing solely on medical conditions, this event centers around a personalized, holistic approach to healthcare that puts your goals first. Built around the core question, “What matters most to you?”, the session equips you with practical tools to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to interactive wellness and creative arts activities, on-site representatives will be available to connect you directly with essential benefits and support services, including:
- Hidalgo County Community Service Agency
- Texas Veterans Commission
- Chicanos Por La Causa
