PHARR — Terracon, a nationally known and respected consulting engineering firm, has named Eloy Palacios manager of Environmental Services in its Pharr, Rio Grande Valley office.
Palacios joined Terracon in 2005 as an Environmental Project Manager. Most recently, he served as Environmental Group Manager successfully growing the department in both staff and revenue. Palacios has more than 15 years of experience and is a licensed Asbestos and Mold Assessment Consultant. He studied geology at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
“I appreciate the opportunity Terrracon has provided me with the potential to do more for our local clients and communities,” Palacios said. Eloy has been married for 14 years to his wife Shannon and they share two children.
