El Paso, TX – Specialty Bolt & Screw, Inc. has expanded its presence in Ciudad Juárez with a new lease at Independencia I, Building VII, commonly referred to as FINSA 7. They will occupy 40,241 square feet.
CBRE’s André Rocha and Arturo De la Mora represented Specialty Bolt & Screw.
Specialty Bolt & Screw is a full-service solutions provider of fasteners, vendor managed inventory programs and c-class commodities.
Previously Specialty Bolt & Screw occupied approximately 15,000 square feet of space at Blvd. Juan Pablo II 2650 in Ciudad Juárez.
“Due to recent growth in demand from their clients, Specialty Bolt & Screw was in need of a much larger space to accommodate increased operations and employee base,” says André Rocha, Associate at CBRE in El Paso. “This new space was a perfect fit as it is able to provide them the space they need at the moment along with room to grow when needed.”
