The Hidalgo County Commissioners Court unanimously voted to appoint R. David Guerra, President & CEO of International Bank of Commerce, as the City of McAllen’s nominee for Director of the Board for the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority. Mr. Guerra’s term will last two years and is from February 2014 to February 2016. TBB
