McAllen Police Officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating Jacob Edward Lopez. Warrant of arrest was issued in McAllen Municipal Court on November 4, 2019, for Jacob Edward Lopez for Aggravated Assault a Second Degree Felony.
Jacob Edward Lopez is described as follows:
· Hispanic male,
· 17 years of age,
· about 6’ feet in height,
· about 170 pounds,
· black hair,
· brown eyes.

Location: 2100 Block of W. Sprague Road McAllen, Texas
On Sunday, November 3, 2019, at approximately 4:00 am McAllen Police officers responded to a disturbance in the area of the 2100 Block W. Sprague Road McAllen, Texas. Responding police officers located the vehicle in the area of 10th Street and Northgate Road McAllen, Texas. Police Officers learned that during an argument a weapon was discharged and two persons were injured. The two injured persons were taken to a local area hospital, treated and released. All parties involved are known to each other. On November 4, 2019, a warrant of arrest was issued for Jacob Edward Lopez for Aggravated Assault a Second Degree Felony. Police are searching for Jacob Edward Lopez.
