CAMERON COUNTY– North Browne Avenue (CR 115) will be closed between Boca Chica Boulevard and Houston Avenue in Cameron County, from July 20 through October 19, for a complete bridge replacement.

During construction, posted detour signs will direct traffic around the closed roadway via Oklahoma Avenue, Medford Avenue, Houston Avenue and Haven Road.

The existing bridge over a drainage ditch crossing will be demolished and replaced with a wider bridge structure that will include two travel lanes and 5-foot shoulders.
