To get a compressed look at potential changes in rainfall over the next few decades, Dr. Christopher Gabler, professor of Environmental Sciences at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, has built a series of structures along the Gulf Coast in Texas that, by altering the environment in small areas, will test physical reactions to changes in rainfall.
