MISSION, Texas – Mission CISD students, staff and teachers came together to help prepare for the 2026 Mission CISD Back-to-School Bash by packing more than 1,000 backpacks with school supplies for district students.
The packing event brought together volunteers from across the district who gave their time to help make sure families are ready for the new school year. Their teamwork and support will help provide students with supplies as they prepare to return to the classroom.
The 2026 Mission CISD Back-to-School Bash will take place Monday, July 27, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Mission Event Center.
The event is designed to help families check off important items from their back-to-school list. Services and resources will include immunizations, physicals, haircuts and more. Free school supplies will also be available for all Mission CISD students while supplies last.
Families are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the available resources as Mission CISD prepares for an amazing new school year.
