The Edinburg Rotary Club will have as guest speaker Matt Z. Ruszczak on August 1, 2019, at the Echo Hotel & Conference Center at 12 noon.   His topic will include the key messaging that the Rio South Texas Economic Council uses when engaging with company investment decision makers & influencers in the U.S. and overseas.  He will also share some perspectives about the differences in working with European investors versus domestic investors. 

About Chief Matt Z. Ruszczak

Matt holds an MBA from the University of Texas-Pan American and is a native Central European who lived in both Poland and Germany prior to coming to the United States. He has been a proud Texas Resident for the past 22 years.

Matt has a diverse business background having worked with UTPA Small Business Development Center, McAllen Chamber of Commerce CivicView, LLC, Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce, City of Rio Grande City, Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) and now the Rio South Texas Economic Council (RSTEC).  All of his work experience has been in support of entrepreneurs and residents of Texas.
