McAllen’s next wave of entrepreneurs will take center stage Friday, June 26, 2026, at the McAllen Creative Incubator, 601 N. Main Street, when the InnovationTX Demo Day Pitch Competition brings the Rio Grande Valley’s boldest business ideas into the spotlight.
The event is a one-of-a-kind gathering for the region, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, educators, and supporters of innovation under one roof.
Emerging founders from across the Rio Grande Valley will deliver live business pitches in both English and Spanish, opening a rare, public-facing window into the region’s entrepreneurial pipeline.
South Texas entrepreneurs will compete head-to-head for up to $15,000 in prizes, putting ideas built right here in McAllen on a path to real-world traction.
Running alongside the pitch competition, the UTRGV Business Resource Showcase will connect attendees with the resources, expertise, and talent pipeline available to support entrepreneurs and growing businesses across the region.
