SAN JUAN, Texas – Free medical services, including dental and vision, will be available during the annual Operation Border Health Preparedness (OBHP) to be held at PSJA Early College High School located at 805 W. Ridge Rd in San Juan, from July 21 to July 23, 2026, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Operation Border Health Preparedness is an exercise to help the community get ready for disasters. Each year, the event is made possible by local county and city health departments, medical schools, human service organizations, Texas Military Forces, and universities, as well as out-of-state agencies, such as Remote Area Medical (RAM) and other volunteer groups.

| • Blood Pressure Checks |
| • Diabetes Screenings |
| • Hearing and Vision Exams |
| • Sports Physicals |
| • Dental Services (cleanings, fillings, and extractions) |
| • Vision Exams and Mobile lab to make prescription glasses |
Services are open to individuals of all ages. Individuals are encouraged to bring any prescription medications with them.
