Bukele said the aviation sector generates quality jobs, economic development, tourism, and mobility. He described the project as evidence of El Salvador’s efforts to attract investment and support private enterprise.

“This is an example of a country that is pro-investment, a country that is pro-business, a country where investments are secure, where there is legal certainty and physical security,” Bukele said.

The president also pointed to what he described as political stability and consistent economic policies, saying investors can operate with confidence in the country’s business environment.

Bukele invited both national and international companies to invest in El Salvador and emphasized the importance of continued growth in strategic industries.

“The important thing is that we continue advancing step by step, expanding opportunities, consolidating sectors such as aviation, and turning El Salvador into a global leader,” Bukele said.
