PHARR, Texas — Christopher Albright has joined Terracon as an environmental specialist and project manager for the Environmental Services department in Terracon’s Pharr office. In his new role, Albright performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Limited Site Investigations (LSI), and asbestos surveys.

With five years of professional experience, Albright brings extensive expertise with Phase I ESAs, LSIs, soil and groundwater sampling, groundwater monitoring and statistical analyses, storm water pollution prevention planning (SWPPP), hazardous waste management, Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) assessments, and leaking petroleum storage tank (LPST) site assessments.

Albright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in earth and environmental sciences from Susquehanna University, Pa., in 2009. Before joining Terracon he served as an environmental scientist at Ambiotec Environmental Consultants in Harlingen, Texas; an assistant project manager for a construction firm in New York; and as an environmental engineer at the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y.
