PHARR, Texas – The TxDOT Pharr District, which oversees the construction and maintenance of state highways in the eight southernmost counties of Texas, is hosting an event on July 20 for small businesses interested in securing state highway construction contracts.
The Pharr event labeled BOSS, for big opportunities start small, gives attendees the opportunity to connect with local TxDOT engineers, prime contractors and representatives from other small businesses.
