EDINBURG, Texas – Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 (HCDD1) will officially unveil its new state-of-the-art training facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, April 17 at 10 a.m. The nearly $4.2 million investment underscores the District’s commitment to employee safety, operational excellence, and enhanced flood response capabilities for the communities it serves.
