The Investigators identify the suspect as Eric David Hernandez in this case. A magistrate in the McAllen Municipal Court determined probable cause was established to issue multiple warrants of arrest for Eric David Hernandez for Sexual Assault, a Second Degree Felony, Indecency with a Child, a Second Degree Felony (two counts), and Invasive Visual Recording, a State Jail Felony.
Eric David Hernandez is 33 years of age, approximately 6’02” in height, approximately 280 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. Eric David Hernandez has a last known address in McAllen, Texas.
